Fall is coming. Time for a Cook Off
Saturday, September 24. 12 - 6 PM
This September as part of Brownstone’s Fall Festival weekend, we’ll be hosting a Cook Off to support the amazing work of local Harrisburg charity, Caitlin’s Smiles. We hope you enter the cook off and/or come out and support this great cause by tasting all the entries.
Here’s How It Works
Enter your dish using the form below. Enter a chili or macaroni & cheese dish (or go crazy and enter a Chili Mac!)
Bring your dish in a crock pot or container to the bar on Saturday, September 24 at noon.
You can market your dish, do some smack talking with the competition, dress up — anything to get people to taste your chili or mac & cheese.
Customers can purchase a taste, cup or bowl of each and any entry and add money to each contestant’s envelope.
Donation stuffing is highly encouraged !!
We award trophies for various categories: Best overall, spiciest, most unique, etc. The grand prize will go to the entry that raises the most money for Caitlin’s Smiles.
It’s a fantastic and fun event that supports an incredible cause that makes a big impact here locally.
About Caitlin’s Smiles
Powered by a passionate group of volunteers, Caitlin’s Smiles encourages children with serious health challenges to explore their uniquely creative talents by taking part in arts and crafts activities. While creating feelings of self-worth and instilling confidence in these children, the efforts ultimately put smiles on the faces of everyone involved.
