Brownstone Announces "Loud & Proud" Week for Pride 2023

HARRISBURG, PA //.

Today, the Brownstone Lounge, Harrisburg’s crazy gay hangout at 412 Forster Street in Harrisburg, announced its line up of events leading up to Central Pennsylvania Pride on Saturday, July 29, 2023.

The weeklong celebration is called “Loud & Proud at the Brownstone Lounge” and includes events, performances, celebrations, prizes, tastings, and more. Performers include local drag stars Anita Dickson and Ingenue with top regional DJs including DJ Kuhmeleon, DJ Brian K, and DJ Michael J.

Brownstone Lounge owner, Karen Kane, said: “We’re really looking forward to celebrating Pride this year with our customers and all those who come in from all the over the region to take part. It’s so important to take a moment to mark all the sacrifices and the successes. And it’s a chance for the Brownstone to say ‘thank you’ to all of our patrons who support us. We’re truly grateful and we hope to show that with an exciting week of celebration. We can’t wait to see you all.”

The Brownstone will also have a booth at the Central PA Pride Festival at Soldier’s Grove behind the State Capitol.
